ABOUT SMMT

The annual sales of SMMT in 2023 was 574 million RMB and that in 2024 was 450 million RMB. High Performance Mirror F95

SMMT’s high performance Al mirror products “F95” is specially designed to have an optimized reflection for the visible light (VIS) spectra with top values higher than 95%.

SMMT Selective Solar Absorber

“Thermal Collector”

SMMT‘’s “Selective Absorber” is manufactured by continuous air-to-air vacuum coating equipment, which combines the technology of magnetron sputtering and electron beam technology to form the best selective absorber layers on metal strips, achieving absorptive rate up to 95% and heat emission lower than5%.

PRE-COATED ALUMINUM

Roller-coated aluminum panels are a type of composite new material formed by combining aluminum with organic coatings. Through high-temperature baking, they develop a textured painted finish with high gloss retention, excellent color stability, minimal color variation, and strong resistance to corrosion from salt, alkali, acid, and other substances. Currently, commonly available roller-coated aluminum panels are widely used in fields such as architectural decoration, food packaging, transportation, and consumer electronics.

DECO-STAINLESS STEEL

SMMT using PVD vacuum coating technology to deposit multiple layers of coatings with different compositions and thicknesses onto stainless steel substrates. Through light absorption and interference effects, these coatings produce a variety of highly metallic, vibrant, and colorful visual appearances from the perspective of human visual perception. They are mainly applied in home appliance housings, automotive parts, interior decoration, and exterior architectural finishes.

SMMT high performance Aluminum mirror product V95

V95 is specially designed to attain high specular reflectance and "Indoor Louver-type Light Collecting System" application. V95 come with a very stable reflectance over a visible spectrum wavelength range while diffuse reflectance is quite low, it can attain a specular reflectance up to ≥91% at 60°. Compare to other products in the market, SMMT V95 has lower diffuse reflectance and higher 60° specular reflectance, thus a higher nature light reflectance as well as higher light conduction efficiency can be fulfilled.

SMMT high performance mirror product “G95”

G95 is specially designed for high mirror reflection and "automotive headlight reflectors" application. This mirror product come with a very stable reflectance over a visible spectrum wavelength range while diffuse reflectance is quite low, it can attain a specular reflectance up to ≥91%. SMMT G95 high performance mirror has higher total reflectance and specular reflectance, thus more efficient reflection of light as well as higher reflective performance.
